Installation was fine. No real issues (minor delays and stuff) About a year later, the Inverter died. (6/22).. called them for warranty stuff7/23 - they finally get a new inverter in .. and now tell me they cannot schedule an installation until 8/13In effect, we will have been without solar for 2 months this year, because this company does not know how to manage warranty repairs? Also have an issue with their communications through this process During the time they were selling, they were very responsive. and used a lot of email. During the 'fix my inverter' days.. They do not use email and never really call back. All warranty related conversations with them had to be done basically over voicemail. This is no way to handle a customer. Will NOT recommend them to my friends. do not really care how much 'referral money' they want to send our way. Please fix my inverter.

I had solar installed on my home last September by Baker Home Energy. The process was exciting and flawless. Now that I am going on 8+ months, I couldn't be happier. Bring on summer and NO power bill!!!!!

Sales / Education process w Andy was good. Panel installation completed yesterday. Foreman Nick O'Dear and his crew were Fantastic ! Could not have been more professional and courteous. Will do a Final review once the process is done and we are up and running.

Junior and John came out today for a free HVAC inspection visit. I wasn't expecting much being that it was free, but hey why not right? I obviously have issues with my system and was just hoping to get EXACTLY what I got from Junior and John. They took the time (4 hours!) to go through my entire system and inspect it and then recommend fixes. He gave me several options and explained them all in detail. Didn't come off as pushy at all. Very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend Baker and Junior and John to anyone. P.S. I also have Bakers solar system and was very impressed with that whole process as well. Seems like a very great company so far. I'm glad I chose them and established that relationship.
