Spot on time for the work, in, done & out exactly to plans, yet stayed in touch with me throughout entire project, to ensure all critical details as I wanted. Dan H. is very professional and knowledgeable. His initial background is power and ground, and the people that know these two areas are very rare. It allows him to be able to trouble-shoot and diagnose in areas that other techs can't or don't do well. He is persistent in locating a problem or finding someone (in my case, a direct SunPower tech) who can - and fixing it. He takes delight in his work - he enjoys finding and fixing problems. I recommend him, without reservation!
