We had Sunpower solar panels installed on our tile roof in Jun of 2019 after a long search for a reputable solar company to do the job. The project Director, KyAnh Hoang, is very knowledgeable in the field of solar energy and guided us effectively throughout the whole project. She is well organized, and communicates effectively. She stayed on top of the situation, should one arises. For ex, she would not hesitate to call off her crew to postpone the panel installation, delaying it for a week until the weather became more favorable, at our request for a delay on account of the forecasted risk of 20% chance of rain, although her crew had already arrived at our home to start the installation. She stayed on top of the entire project from Day 1 till completion and would extend herself to assist her clients. She took time to find the right matching tiles to replace the broken ones during the project and even gave us some extra ones to keep on site for future use since our original tiles are no longer made. Her men would not mind fixing some of the cracked tiles over a diffetent area of the roof. The cost of the entire solar project after federal rebate and bonuses from both Sunpower and EcoSolar USA made the conversion to solar more affordable and we think we may recover the total cost of solar in about 8 years. We paid for the cost upfront. EcoSolar staff are professional, accomodative, efficient, and pleasant to work with, and I highly recommend the company. For that, I'll give them a 5*.
