Solar install went well, however the system is no longer working and Solartime is not answering their phones .I have placed over 50 calls - one of which was answered and then I was promptly hung up on when I told the lady I needed Warranty work... other wise 5 calls over the past 2 weeks every day and nada... nothing. I have another contractor coming out that is costing me over $800 to fix what Solartime gave me in writing... something called a warranty that is utterly useless. In hindsight you pay for what you get.... and in this case its probably best to go with a company that has been in business for a while and will actually honor their Warranty. !!!Attached is a plain copy of their contract... in writing. 25 years they will warranty it...25 years!!! Its been 1 year... I have left over 5 messages for Mr. Wilson Tran (CEO) - Crickets!!I dealt with Hai for a while before he conveyed to me he no longer works for Solartime and then began my futile attempt to contact Mr. Tran. Most people get upset when a company refuses to honor the warranty or there is a disagreement but in this case hundeds of calls over 2 months and I can't get anyone to even talk to me!! Hope other people will try calling and confirm my requests.... don't settle for a callback since calls can be screened.

Get the lowest loan rate, quick approved.All of the processing was perfectly fast and done in the best working. Thanks a lot, high recommend to any one looks for a Solar system.

Solartime has an excellent customer service with great programs for us to save on home energy. The job was done without any further expectation. The installers are super nice, they helped us to trim down our trees without asking for additional charges. Highly recommend this company ^_^
