Horrible people, no consideration no heart. you feel you talking to mobsters,you pay or they wave the disconnection option above your head. they disconnected me saying it was valid. they just want to make extra $25.

If I could give one star, I would. Horrible customer service. Felt like I was under attack during my conversation with 'customer service' and management both. Their website was down (again), made payment over phone only to be told later that I was the one who made a mistake. I was charge a $20 fee that they refused to reverse even though they were clearly at fault. Even the bill they sent me was wrong. Wow, Merry Christmas to you too IID!
