I'd give a 0 star rating if I could! Worst customer service ever! Incompetence reigns supreme here! If you want to waste your entire day paying a bill then you've come to the right place! The entire department is an embarrassment!

Is zero stars an option??? Worst customer service ever. Ive been on hold for 40 minutes as we speak. And counting. And when you finally get someone on the phone, theyre short. Oh, this after them picking up the phone after the first 25 minute hold, and HANGING UP ON ME.
