If you order windows or doors be prepared to wait and be patient. I get different dates when it is suppose to arrive. And when it did arrive I got no response from the department for an installation date. It was in the storeroom for a week. If I didn't inquire about my windows, no telling how long it would have been. Also, I complained about my sliding door not working properly about a month ago and to this date no correspondence or call about my complaint. I have dealt with Home Depot for a number of years, maybe its time to go your competitors.
