Terrible customer service. I bought $600 in batteries from them month ago. They took the money just fine, but now FedEx ebay and I cant get ahold of them to see whats happening. Been on hold for 2 hours to speak to them. They are weeks behind on delivery. Do not buy from them. Cant get refund. Cant get support. Terrible company

Terrible company to work with. Customer service is the worst, get ready for an hour+ wait time if you call. Shipping times are terrible, and when you try to contact them, 1 rep with say one thing, another rep will say another. I live 2 hours away from their Ontario facility and packages take 5-20 days to come. Faster to order from Amazon.

So far horrible customer service you can't get no one on the phone and they're messaging system seems not to be working on their website because I've messaged them numerous times with no replies. I was trying to modify an order that was backordered and I cannot get ahold. of anybody.

I received only part of my order, but they claim they shipped the entire order. Even I proofed them, from their tracking number, that they only shipped part of my order they still dont want to send me the rest of my order. They did charged me for the entire order. Rude customer service!

Their customer service is the worst. I purchased panels and controllers that had defective cables. One month later, still no replacement. Options are to wait on hold for hours and have the call drop or send emails with no response. I'll have to buy my own cables to get this to work. If the panel or controller ends up failing before the warranty expires, I'm probably out of luck. Buyer beware.
