I ordered a quiet heat pump for my pool in Dec 2019, i paid $3400 up front, and two years later have yet to get resolution.
They did come out and decided the space we had could accomodate the product they sold me, then they claimed i could get solar panels for heating water. Which is what i wanted originally, so we said ok, we got approval from our AOAO
And once again promised installation did not happen.. i am now going to takr them to court.
Im over them.
Dont waste your money
On these very dishonest people.

I had the most horrific experience imaginable :( Salesman Mike promised so much, and an installation within two weeks, and demanded a deposit by check for $3,000. Salesman Mike violated state law by failing to tell me that I had a 3-day cancellation period, which voided their highly illegal contract. He and the entire company then vanished; no amount of calls or E-mails got any response. After a number of weeks, it was obvious that they intended to steal my good money, and neither Mike nor his supervisor would answer me. After having to start legal proceedings, I was finally referred to the main office, and they suddenly agreed to refund my deposit. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE OR GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSIT MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

My friends had been talking about solar paneling for a while. My wife's biggest concern about it, was how it was going to make our house look!! My biggest concern, how much is this going to cost me. We shopped around and after hearing good things about Palm Springs Solar Panels, we decided to at least go ahead and get an consultation since it was free. The technician was really nice, professional, and had no problem answering the thousand questions my wife and I had. They honestly made this whole process simple. We're really excited to start tracking the savings and checking to see if we can get any rebates. (Will post and share if I find any!)
