I purchased my house 1 year after the solar was installed and to my surprise, the warranty does not transfer to new ownership, that is rediculous. The materials are poorly constructed, I have had 3 solar panel tubes and 3 pipes break in just 3 years. So you know, even if you have a warranty, it does not cover the pipes, which will frequently break and cost you around 150 for repairs. I strongly recommend against this company
