From the moment Blake arrived to getting my dog out from under the house to setting up the portable AC unit that they gave us till our new AC could be installed, he was professional and courteous as well as a pleasant young man. Also, the team that handles calls and customer service were the most helpful and polite that I have encountered in a very long time. Customer Service is a lost art but Sierra Pacific truly exemplifies what it should feel like. I called more than once with what were probably annoying questions, but I was never, made to feel bad. One call was after hours for HVAC and instead of handing me off to voicemail, she put me on hold and went and got the answer I needed... their Customer Service game is strong! The installation guys were really good too. They finished ahead of schedule, thoroughly cleaned up and were super patient setting up my new thermostat to my wifi, which I had forgotten the password to and which took awhile to get, because ATT's Customer Service isn't quite as good as Sierra Pacific's. Lastly I want to thank the owner and Blake for going above and beyond to make it happen. We are beyond happy with our new HVAC system and would highly recommend Sierra Pacific for whatever your home needs might be...

We so appreciate that kind of integrity and highly recommend them. The main reason we chose Sierra Pacific is because that would only mean one company on our roof doing both of our pool water solar and our whole house electric PV systems and would avoid any challenge with two different companies and therefore if anything ever went wrong then one company might blame the other. Having only one company on our roof to do all of our systems we believe was a great choiceThey have responded to every problem professionally and promptly. About two years ago we had a short in one of our PV panels and it took a couple of days to find the problem since we have 60 panels. They replaced the inverter and also replaced the burned-out panel. Our new inverter has now developed a rare problem and they are replacing it for us under its warranty. Our technician was Eric Wirth. What a great guy and very quickly found the problem. Anyone that has him to their home during these crazy times will be as pleased as we are. .

Sierra Pacific installers Nick & Kevin completed an excellent and seamless install of our new Lennox heating & air system. In addition to performing a quality installation, they were, at all times professional and courteous and thoroughly cleaned up daily. We have found all Sierra Pacific field and office personnel we have interacted with over the years to display similar qualities. We highly recommend Sierra Pacific for home & comfort product sales and service.
