Did great work and Julia was very helpful with the process. Waiting for permits and approvals from the City and Utility take the longest, but it's worth it (especially now that California is pushing solar on all new construction) .

After a couple 'cold (robo) sales calls' I have had some 40 discussions with these people's contracted call center in the two days since they have started calling me. They take a scam artist approach to marketing. It's sad with a market as big as they have they have to make gorilla marketing calls nation wide to people who arnt within 2000 miles of them that live in a all utilities provided public housing facility. They use different company names that all lead back to the same company. Supporting people like this is like supporting all robo initiated scams whether or not they are real and registered companies.

These guys blow. They have scheduled consultation appointments with me on 3 different occasions. All 3 times they have no-showed. They claimed to 'have called me prior to confirm the appointment' but they NEVER leave voicemails. I don't know about you but I generally don't answer calls from random phone numbers - especially while I'm at work. If I invite someone to my home and that person agrees to be there to deliver a sales presentation, I EXPECT THEM TO BE THERE. Robert from the Rancho Cucamonga office said he'd be communicating with me via text because that was easier for him. He confirmed a date and time he'd be at my home... He never showed and he never text me.Do yourself a favor if you value your time and find a more reputable company. I'm scheduled to meet with Sunlux Solar next week.

My wife and I had a great experince with Future Energy Savers. The process from start to finish was very easy. We are very satisfied with the customer service and our new solar.
