One star because zero isnt an option. This place is a joke for will call. Isnt the point of having will call to have your items pulled before you get there?? Why is it that every time we have to go there and pick up material, Im waiting for at least an hour sometimes two or more. If I purchase items on Friday, early afternoon, and are told by the sales rep that my order will be ready by 8:30 Monday morning for pick up, please tell me why your warehouse thinks they are on their own time schedule and they pull them when they get around to them. And when we ask to see what the progress is with our order after we have sat there for a while, the lady at the counter has the counter flat out says that she couldnt check the status. So we asked if anyone else could help, and she just said No. everyones in a meeting. Well then who the heck is working on my order? What, you cant look through all that glass and see if there is something you can find out for me. I could see three men standing in the warehouse that she could of asked. Whats the point of even having her there if shes not willing to assist a customer. Ive been in customer service for over 15 years, and I would never NEVER say that there is no one to help someone if Im right there talking to them.
