My Husband and I were thinking of getting solar for a while. After doing research to find the best company, a huge relief came when Phoenix Solar happened to have knocked on our door. We were paying $375 a month, and now our bill is only $8!!! We are so thankful that Andrew came at the right time.We signed up that very same day. He helped us through the entire process and made the experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend Phoenix Solar to everyone. Make sure to ask for Andrew G as your energy consultant, youll be happy you did!

Been attempting to get solar for six months. There has been one issue after another. The sales guy, Austin, told us many things that were not accurate from the beginning which delayed the project from the start. The installers dumped concrete in our driveway that is still there. Guess we have to find a way to break it up and have it removed ourselves. They cut the poles shorter than the contract stated and so we are stuck still waiting for this to get resolved. Even with all of their mistakes they have not once offered to give us a credit back or ANYTHING to make this right. I have asked to speak to the owner but Austin has not provided me with a number to talk to anyone higher up. Very frustrating a disappointed working with this company. Ill update once we finally get this worked out.When has he trying reaching me? I have not received a phone call from anyone except I just now got a phone call from Mike to schedule the rework. I would love to hear from the regional manager.6/25 update. Mike, the regional manager, has them coming to correct this week. Still waiting to hear back from the sales team he said was going to reach out to me.
