I tried to contact PG&E this evening to alert them to a fraudulent call I received this evening stating my service would be interrupted due to nonpayment. I don't have an account number and my bay area cell number wasn't recognize since it was never attached to the account. Did I forget to mention I have lived in NV for 8 years???

today at 10:35 am I called to ask for the electricity service and an employee named Adriana discriminated against me and did not want to give me the service because she wanted me to pay the previous tenant's debit in the apartment so that I could have The service did not want to give me his last name. I don't know why the company allows employees to treat customers like this and they don't do anything to fix it. Enough of discriminating against people.
