Sullivan Solar Power did an excellent job, from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for your solar needs. All team members are professional, courteous, knowledgeable , neat and always timely.

Have already recommended to family and friends. Hope things continue to work like they have the first 4 years ... we are now into year 5. Last true-up bill was a $132 credit for the year. Thanks again!

Do not do business with Sullivan Solar Power. If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. They promised to give my neighbor a $500 referral fee and me a $1000 rebate four months after system installation. I don't know what the magic of four months was, but everyone I had dealt with at Sullivan was so nice, that I didn't think to question it. Four months came and went and phone call after phone call, emails, texts and excuses from them about 'staffing changes' and they still haven't paid me or my neighbor. The payment was due in early January and it is now mid-May. I filed a complaint with the BBB and it looks like they finally lost their accreditation as they are no longer BBB rated likely due to multiple complaints. They are sugar and spice and everything nice by phone and email, that is when they actually respond, but they sure don't live up to their promises. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I was extremely happy with the process and installation by Sullivan, and the solar system has been working as expected for over 4.5 years now, saving me a huge amount on SDGE electric charges. I fully expect it will pay for itself within a few years or less. They properly evaluated my power requirements at the time and insured that I received the maximum federal and state rebates available at the time.

Do not use Sullivan Solar. I used them for 2 projects and the first one was good but on the second one they did no pay the roofers. Next thing you know is that I get a lien on my property and I had to pay $8200 to the roofers for them to start the documentation to give me back control of my home. I am not the only one after researching. They never contacted me nor have the even tried to. Very disappointed and this was even before the pandemic.
