Consistently do not receive a bill from them. I have called more than once and they don't care. They just tell me to check with the post office. Are you kidding me?

The PUD policy for declined payment method is draconian and bases on spite and greed. I guess I was lucky, although I paid a $50..00 fee in addition to $800.00 dollar deposit, I was not ordered to rush payment down to avoid disconnecting my service. I will give anyone $100.00 if they can find another company with a similar policy. Congrats Truckee BOD. You have have the power, no pun intended, to be unreasonable, and have taken the opportunity to its fullest moronic level.

The staff at Truckee Donner PUD is wonderful. I had a not so trivial request and Regina, their customer service representative, took a great care of me and helped me with my request.
