Drivers tried to cut me off when they had a yield sign. Then blew their horn at me as if I was in the wrong after they almost hit me.

The install with Westhaven went without a hitch. But warning, DO NOT go with their financing especially with All In Credit Union. Stupid me, didn't read the small print, they put a lean on my house even though I put down 5K. I'm paying this loan off in a hurry!

I had to come back to personally thank Austin for his knowledge and the very informative conversation. He explained that he is involved in the design process which definitely gave me more insight to the many options than I thought possible. I never felt forced or uncomfortable. It was more informative versus the typical pushy sales process.

I am rating 1 star primarily because of the Extremely Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication/Follow through that we have experienced to date with Westhaven. Before we signed up with Westhaven, we read reviews and did our homework on the company and were very excited about getting solar and using Sun Power panels due everything that we read. Our experience since signing with them has been nothing but aggravating. After signing in early May of last year (2016) we expected to have the entire process including Installation and switch over completed by September 2016 (we even received a communication with that timeline clearly stated in it). The initial site inspection in June went as expected. From that point on we heard nothing from Westhaven. I contacted then in Late August to inquire about the status of our contract and was told that they were working on an issue with our utility company regarding the Main electrical Panel and would be in touch with us in a few weeks when it resolved. In Early September we gave our consent for the panel to be changed out and to move forward with the solar installation. That is when things stopped.Over the next 3 months I reached out to Westhaven several times and even contacted Sun Power, and finally received a call from Westhaven on 11/28 and was basically told that our contract 'fell through the cracks'. The gentlemen I spoke with from that point on (Matt, who is the only reason that I am not giving 0 stars!), seemed to be able to keep things moving and communicated well throughout the next several weeks. There were apparently still unresolved questions with the local power company that Westhaven had not resolved and ultimately after I got involved with conversations with our local power company and Westhaven. At our behest, Westhaven went back over our actual usage numbers, and we were able to get Westhaven to lower the number of panels to install as was being requested by the power company. This of course required a new contact to be signed, which we did on 12/6/16. We were told that it would not 'restart they process' though and we should expect installation to happen in early January, right after the holidays. This actually began on 1/14 due to weather and scheduling delays, however the main Panel upgrade which needed to precede all other work, was still not done. Crews came on 1/14 & 1/16 and installed panels on our roof, and an electrical shells for the panel and cutoffs that will be needed. The electrician came Tuesday and after informing us that there was a miscommunication with the city about the inspection timing so they wouldn't be able to do the install that day (otherwise we would be without power for almost 24-30 hours); told us that the previous crew had thing put in the wrong place and need to be moved so he needed to reschedule anyway and get more equipment as well as another person to help. The city showed up Weds afternoon to do the inspection, without knowing that Westhaven needed to reschedule.I have sent 2 more emails now to Westhaven since last Thursday urgently asking for details and timeline and that they have details communication with the city about what is being done and when so that we can move on. At this time we still waiting to hear when the Main panel installation will be done so that the city can come inspect and we can put this to rest.
