Max Energy has lied to us from the beginning by signing the contract to provide 23 panels putting out 300 watts each equalling 6900 watts per hour . They came out with 21 panels and made a huge deal about the contract being for 21 panels. They finally agreed to the 2 extra panels and simply have not shown up for over a year. The system is incomplete, has not been inspected yet , the system is not done, and I am now paying $651 a month more on my home mortgage as they have made it a tax lien and now I'm being forced to take legal action against Max Energy to stop this billing. Why can't people. Just do what they say instead of being a bottom feeder. Don't know how this is going to turn out

This company preys on the elderly. Matt Smith is impatient and hung up on my father who was just asking for them to send help to solve the monitoring system. Stay away from a company like this that gives POOR customer service. Definitely will assist my father in making a formal complaint to the State. They told my Dad they would give him $2900 the day that it was turned on. The company now says that the company that was going to send a check is now out of business , so tough luck. Now Im ready to assist in court against this company so they cant continue to sell systems in California. Again, stay away from a company like this. Previous reviewer was absolutely correct!
