Made an appointment for routine maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. Cancelled by Henry's Mechanical as they preferred to help others during this hot period. I understood. Rescheduled for two weeks later. On the next appointment, there was an electrical outtage in our area, morning only. Would not change our appointment to the afternoon. Rescheduled for a week later.The technician arrived on time, but he had the wrong filter. GUESS WHAT? Rescheduled for two weeks.Not happy.

I loved everything about working with Henry Mechanical!. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. They installed a mini-split ductless heat pump, which are great for energy efficiency. Highly recommend!

I'm very pleased with the professional mechanics sent to install my new air conditioning unit. They showed up on time and introduced themselves. I appreciate the fact they used clean drop clothes and covered their shoes. I watched as they carefully installed the unit on the roof and replaced all the necessary lines and PVC pipes. They knew exactly what they were doing and cleaned everything when they were finished. I highly recommend Henry's Mechanical Services to everyone. You won't be disappointed.
