Sun Nerds

Was contacted by Mario early during the summer. Shopped around and decided I liked how he presented this company. They setup everything, got the plans together, the financing, the installation company. Installation finally happened in the beginning of September. Now I'm in a perpetual loop where I call Solcius every Friday to hear the same speech about them working with the inspector. I'm now making payments for a system that doesn't work and there is no end in sight. Called and left numerous messages for people at Sun Nerds. Including Chase and Mario. Never a returned call. When they promise that they are your single point of contact it's a blatant lie. In fact I got a text from Sun Nerds inquiring about a previous contact and they wanted to talk to me about my solar needs...so they'll sell me another system but can't remember I'm already a customer and return my call. Finally got someone to answer a call on the east coast. He said he knew Mario and would forward my contact information to Mario for a call the next day. That was three weeks ago. Stay away from this organization. They'll be sure to show you good reviews but you're not likely to be shown this one!

First I want to say going solar was truly a great choice. Berkley Weilberg took his time to explain every part of the process. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we got everything right. We went with the state program where we sell our energy to the grid and buy it back at a lower cost. So far we are 3+ years in and making money which pays for the panels. It's a win win!! I highly recommend Sun nerds!!!
