Customer service is not a priority here. No one can return a phone call, have been waiting for over a week for a return call. Seems like no one there cares about the way they treat their customers. I will be cancelling my roundup participation.

I have to say when I bought a house in Frederick I was excited to become a member of United Power and get away from Xcel Energy. Now with the incredulous civil law suit that United has brought against it cooperative wholesale power provider Tri-State, I am embarrassed to be a UP member. The allegations that Tri-State has been scheming for years is just ridiculous. The cooperative model means transparency, and EVERY member on the Tri-State board (of which UP has a seat) has a voice and a vote. As a consumer I have serious concerns that UP rates will go through the roof if they exit Tri-State membership. So disappointed to be stuck being a United Power member. Wake Up UP leadership!

Not a cloud in the sky and whammo at 820pm lost power for over 30 minutes. Irrigating crops is impossible, now I'm wasting water down the ditch since I can't re-start my center pivot irrigation. No crops equals no food.

Usually just spacey people but that last person I spoke to was great. I would say what ever she did she used my deposit to pay my bill in April. I Would have had to wait a year to get it back. 300$ was put to my April payment. So this month I was able to pay my May payment so now I am not behind.I wish I would have remembered her name. Who ever helped me I am so appreciative of her assistance. Thank you mystery women.

We lose power about every time we get 2 inches of snow. You can not talk to a human. Absolute no customer service.
