Just because could not a payment they disconnected service and a made payment but they wont connect back until I agree to pay a connection fee. Taking advantage and not helping their costumers. The problem is there are no other more companies to choose. Very disappointed with Excel.

They came to our dealership to fix an issue on the street. The crew did a horrid job as they damaged our heater at the dealership and they left a huge mess in the bathroom.

If I could give a lower score I would. I payed 500 dollars to have my gas restored today. I was told I needed to be here when they came by to restore my gas. I specifically said i could not be here til around 430. The operator said she would have it set for after 430. I get here at 420 to find a card saying that they had already come by without turning my service on. Got on the phone and argued with two different operators. They both stated that they are not supposed to give specific times, and that all they could do was put in another 12 hour service call. Now I'm waiting to see if they can come tonight. I guess they think people dont work and have all the time in the world to wait for them! Xcel energy: some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!
