Long story short, the representative who sold us the product lied about the timeline for installation and cost. Our panels were installed 4 months after the projected date. Our monthly payment will also be INCREASING FROM WHAT THE CONTRACT STATES. Any sort of phone call I’ve made has been received by someone who sounds like they have no idea where they are working. They also are prone to using what seems like a script of excuses. I highly recommend doing your research into a different solar panel company, so you are not stuck with the like my family is.

It would be great if at least when they showed up at your door the once a year the come to pester you that they could either understand that no soliciting is my polite form of 'go away' and that not interested doesn't mean 'try harder'.
