Two months ago, I notified residents in our neighborhood to be on the lookout for these two. They beat on our door and, when we didn't answer, decided to act like children and play ding dong ditch. The guy who rang the doorbell came back by today with a new friend and tried to engage in a war of words with me when I said I wasn't interested and to stop coming by. Do you really think you're going to get business with jerks like these???

Horrible customer service after installation. They have failed to have our system activated because they can't handle the paperwork properly. We've waited 5 months!! We've asked for a supervisor to call us for over a month an no response. No one seemsnto be competent enough to get our system working. Avoid this company.

In my opinion this company is a scam! If they steal from employees (personally happened to me) how will they treat you? Geoff Elder in Colorado over promises and under delivers! I spoke with Vivint corporate and they said it is the way they do business. Look up Vivint Victims on face book and go through the comments before you invite them in your home! You have been warned!
