Installation was completed about 2 weeks ago. From start to finish everyone kept us informed. They showed up when they said they were going to be there and the installation went smoothly. We passed inspection and the app they gave us to follow the daily/weekly/monthly and yearly energy input from our solar panels indicates we are collecting oodles of energy which is going back into the grid. Very satisfied customers!

I rarely submit reviews for vendors but I was very impressed with everyone I worked with from Photon Brothers and they delivered exactly what I was looking for in a solar system that generates clean power, the panels compliment the aesthetics of our home, and the investment is affordable. Our sales consultant, Kris Tallent, made some solid recommendations specific to our needs and laid out exactly what we would be purchasing and how the process would work. He addressed every question I posed and I appreciated his follow-up. Amanda Herrera, our project manager, did a great job of coordinating activity, keeping me informed where things stood with the installation process and how things were progressing with the City of Fort Collins, when the system would be activated, etc. Based on some bad experiences a couple of my neighbors shared with me regarding their installation process through other solar providers, I was expecting the installation process to take several months. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Photon Brothers complete the entire process in approximately seven weeks and the system was up and running.During my vendor selection process, I received estimates from nine reputable solar vendors in the area and while they all presented reasonable solutions, Photon Brothers stood out from the rest based on the solution they presented, the professionalism of the staff and the great service. Photon Brothers is a franchise of SunPower a major PV manufacturer. They have some of the best panels available. More importantly they stand behind their product with one of the best warranties. We installed our system in 2016 and are very satisfied. One of the best investments you can make on your energy efficient home. And a major part towards lowering our carbon footprint.
