Crius Solar was the best thing we have had done as a new home owner this will save us money and it was quickly put in place and the men that installed it were polite and cleaned the mess up when they had finished all employee of this company have been great and very welcoming

If ever you have wanted to go green with solar panels, been worried about installing them, is it a scam? can I afford it?, will they produce enough energy and any other reason that might be stopping you, or, like us, have been putting it off for years and years...DON'T any more! Crius Solar have been the most wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. From answering tirelessly, all our questions, to helping us understand how the system would work,, to taking all stress away from the installation process, I can honestly say this was the best purchasing experience we have ever had. EVERY team member at Crius was more than helpful, caring and understanding, and always took time to make sure we got what we needed. If we didn't understand something they wouldn't move forward until we did. They even took over connecting with the outside organizations like National Grid, to make sure those pieces were executed successfully too. This enabled a very smooth transition from one provider to another. We also LOVED how Crius would not allow us to sign any agreements until they were certain we would generate the electricity we were wanting to.From the very first day they switched on the system (April in MA) we have been generating energy from the sun, and went from a $300 monthly electricity bill to nothing. In fact in the worst months with nothing but clouds we were still generating energy. At worst, and only once, we have had a $22 electricity bill. On top of that the great incentives from the government in forms of rebates are wonderful and again, make this completely doable. Please take the time to research them.We purchased rather than leased our system. SRecs and Gov incentives make this completely doable.I would highly recommend not just going solar if you are in a good spot, but also using Crius. Crius Solar was with me all the way explaining the different options, talking with town officials for approval of the project and quick follow through on their end. My personal customer service contact was always ready to help me with any concerns I had. Im very happy with my solar project and Crius. The only cautionary advice I have for others is make sure your building and wire inspector are scheduled to check your project out according to your towns regulations. And if those regulations are not spelled out clearly, contact them before you get started.

Scam, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After installation failed, they 'lost' our number and won't return our calls. Have provided zero support for our issues. Have filed complaints with the state and the BBB.
