We went to Patio Systems on 24 Aug 2019, for a quote on the Sunspace Double Side Slider, WHICH WAS ON THE OUTSIDE DISPLAY UNIT. We were told the window was no longer available. I suggested they should remove the outside display so as not to confuse future customers. Kate recommended the Thermal 7000 series instead, which does come as a Double Side Slider. She took our information & told us we would have a quote by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Here it is a whole week later, 31 Aug 2019, & still no quote. Did I upset them by suggesting they remove a display that was NO LONGER AVAILABLE? Will never go back to this company & recommend no one else does either. No phone call or email. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Did a great job. Then they sent an inspector to review the work. Minor finish issues (that either the inspector found or I found) were noted and they came right back and fixed them perfectly. I love the 'three season' room. On sunny days, its beautiful (75F-80F) even when the temperature outside is 35F.
