Horrible customer service. We've been customers for 14 years. Basically every interaction with customer service is somewhere between bad and a nightmare. A few years ago it was them coming to install the wrong thermostat. The most recent problem involved them not being to link my 3 accounts together in a reasonable way. 10 phone calls later, and an interaction with a manager (Reggie) that just didn't care. I would avoid Delmarva if you have any other options.

Absolutely the worst company ever!! I was paying on my mothers account and had it switched into my name they have now overcharged me over $2000 just because I switched names on the account!! NEVER use there Auto pay they will steal your money!!!

Need a cancel payment button!!! They failed to take the first payment and now I have two pending payments. This is twice they have done this.
