I went to buy on June 28 some tools for my company I apply for tax exempt but the manager Mr Brian didn want to help me he was taking and working at the same time that I didn't understand what Mr Brian said poor manager.the customer service Tina the best but Mr Brian he is not professional.I drove from Clermont for this bad experience.

Very disappointed, order an item online, drove al the way to this specific store and no item on stock, as them to order the item & have it delivered to my house, the associate Noah's response 'you have to do it yourself online, ask to talk to a manager, manager didn't want to talk to me just told the associate to tell me about the closest stores with inventory miles away.Horrible customer service by associate & manager.
