Florida Pool Heating

It's been 14 years since my pool was built and it was time to upgrade. I found Florida Pool Heating On Line and it turned out to be a 5 Star experience. We got lucky - Signed a contract and one day later the equipment was up and running with the new system. Installation was excellent and area kept clean. Very nice to deal with !!!!

Someone recommended Florida Pool Heating to fix our solar hot water heater, so I sent an email to the owner. He responded that day with 12 bullet points on why I should go with him. That being said, I was highly disappointed when Debbie said they do NOT work on solar 'hot water' heaters. My disappointment quickly faded when she said she not only knew of someone who did, but they were really good too. When that company did not respond in a day or two, obviously because they were out working, Dennis and Debbie got on it right away, and the company called me that evening! I am so pleased with the company who fixed our solar hot water, I only have Dennis and Debbie to thank! There is a reason Florida Pool Heating has been in business over 30 years! They really care about their customers. They aren't done until the customer is happy! Please tell everyone who has a solar heated pool or is interested in getting one to give Dennis and Debbie a call!

Even though I didnt buy a heater from them they went out of their way to inform me and guide me to the appropriate heater for my pool.I really appreciated the effort from Dennis and his entire staff.

Dennis was incredibly knowledgeable and very much concerned with me getting the best product for my pool that fits my needs--even if it meant him loosing a sale. Thank you for your professionalism and I may end up calling you back for a job. Trustworthy and know their stuff.

We used Florida Pool Heating 15 years ago for a pool heater and when it was time to get one for a new house, there was only 1 choice for us. We called Dennis on a Monday and our new TropiCal unit was installed on Tuesday afternoon. Our old system was useless and rusty and they removed it and took it away. By Wednesday our pool was warm and refreshing.
