I set up automatic pay from my checking account and they are saying my account is closed and trying to charge me $25 for a bounced check. I have an open account with enough money to pay my overly priced electric bill. Trying to set this account up from out of state was nearly impossible and just trying to pay the bill is difficult. Im not really feeling the $5 over the phone fee. Its almost 2020, get it together!

Its 2019, why cant I pay you online, over the phone, credit card, Venmo, PayPal, BTC (jk), etc. There needs to be better competition in this industry so it would actually be a decent company.

This place is in the stone age. You have to fill out an application online, print it out on paper, and bring it in with a check for $125. Who still takes checks?! Catch up with the rest of the 1st world and offer online start service. And seriously, $125 for a guy to come to your house and turn a knob??? Robbery. Clearly run by Boomers afraid of change.
