I've lived at the beach for over 40 years. Different areas of the beach have different suppliers of utilities. They are the least stressful, easiest to deal with utilities around. Always so nice and friendly in person and/or on the phone. Love my beach community!

The people are so nice but if you can avoid getting water service here at any cost! They charge you a 30 dollar member ship fee every month so you pay triple what you should for water its ridiculous. I can't wait to get off this beach its such a ripoff, you will wind up paying 50 to 60 dollars for water when it should be 20 or less. So between electric and water you are looking at over 200 a month. And one time I was struggling and had to wait till the last day to pay my water it was not cut off yet but they still made me pay a 20 dollar reconnect fee .I asked why my water is still on they said oh the guy might still cut it off lol. Avoid this place if you can!
