These people are the worst. They have been telling me for 2 weeks that someone is coming to service my solar panels and no one ever shows up. Its to the point that when I call him (brad or Brett) whatever his name is.... he sends me straight to voicemail. Yes Horrible customer service!

Less than 1 star if I could. I have been calling Abundant Energy for over 7 months for a leak in my pool solar heating system and regarding my electric solar panels not reporting to FPL resulting in higher electric bills and no power credit after paying 30k for the system. They will not even call me back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! Calling a new company to see if they will service my equipment.

Installed solar for pool in 2008 or 2009, initially service was prompt. Over the years, after numerous leaks in panels, found out hard way that company Bill was purchasing panels from went Bankrupt , voiding the 10 year warranty. I do not blame Bill for that, however, we took it on the chin, and had to purchase 3 new panels from his new supplier, and again pay for installation.Throughout the years, panels continue to leak, continue to be plugged, and its a never ending headache.One of the newest panels is leaking yet again, and despite my pleading, cannot get a return call to schedule service.6 phone calls, and NOTHING, which has prompted this review.My warranty is not up, but my faith in this company is now non existent. If anyone is considering solar, my advice is to find a dealer who will at least return phone calls, and provide service.Im very saddened to give this review, but for a company thats been in business 32 years, itappears that theyre happy to take your money and run.In the past, Ive been content to receive a call back, and wait, however, courtesy is out the door,and if I have to pay for service, Im going with a different company, instead of listening to the same message, that their on another line, leave a message, it will be transcribed, and well get back toyou.Bull, bull, and more bull. My new solar panels have been leaking for several years with multiple attempts to contact Abundant energy, no efforts have been made to fix this on going leak, we are considering fixing ourselves...waiting again for a response. Pretty disappointed!
