Very pleased with the work done from this company. We just had a solar pool heating system installed and we couldnt be happier! Our pool temperature raised 12 degrees and it was such an easy process from start to finish. Adam and Curt were so helpful with our questions. They were very professional and everything was done in a timely manner. We will be referring this company to friend and family! Thanks guys!!

UPDATE: This has been resolved to my satisfaction. Apparently there was an emergency, although I still feel customers should have been notified. It shouldn't have taken a negative review for any action to be taken. On the plus side, Adam was knowledgable about the solar pool heater, explained the issue, and completed the repairs in a short time frame. Thanks - Terrible experience. I contacted this company through their website last week for an estimate for repair/service. Late that night, Adam responded and said 'late morning' on the 28th , which was today. I was a little disappointed to have to wait an entire week, expecially over the holiday weekend, but it's a minor repair, so I agreed. He said he would call about an hour in advance. That was the last time I heard from him. This morning around 8 a.m., I sent him a text with my address to make sure he had it. No response. Sent another text at 11:00 a.m. asking if he was still coming today as 'late morning' was disappearing and I had things to do this afternoon. No response.NO SHOW and NO RESPONSE. Thanks a LOT for making me wait a week for NOTHING. Very poor customer service.

Great experience! I needed a repair done on short notice as I was leaving for vacation and wanted to get this taken care of before I left. Adam was kind enough to squeeze me in last minute. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Will definitely call again for my solar needs. Made me an offer, but when I wanted to hire them, they never returned a single phone call. Left about 10 messages in 3 months until I gave up.
