FPS installed a 12kW grid tied with battery backup solar system for me. Because I did not have a suitable location on the roof of my home, I designed and built a small accessory building to mount the panels. They worked with me during the design and construction process, and were very flexible concerning scheduling and installation which was very helpful. They also upgraded the existing load center in my home, and wired the new structure. Florida Power Services 'The Solar Power Company' was very responsive and made sure that when all was said and done, the system functioned as it should. I would recommend FPS to anyone considering a solar installation.

From START to FINISH, Florida Power Services was efficient: Timeline was literally WEEKS ahead of competing bids we received; various employees/ staff from bid to completion were, actually, fun to work with, and they always answered our good (and stupid) questions; follow-up on concerns were taken care of and they took care of ALL paperwork. I can't imagine what more any other competitor could possibly do to come anywhere near the level of service we received from FPS!!

Florida Power Services 'The Solar Power Company' was the third company that we contacted about solar panels. With the first company, the consultant canceled the appointment three times. The second company the consultant used high pressure sales to sway us to buy now. The third company was FPS. Devaughn was the solar consultant. He was very knowledgeable about the solar energy industry. I explained to him what I was interested in achieving. He was able to answer all my questions. He was polite, friendly, and very respectful. Because Devaughn went above our expectations, we decided to purchase our solar panels from Florida Power Services and I'm sure glad we did. Even after the sale, Florida Power Services kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. You don't see the king of Customer Service much these days. I wish more businesses worked like Florida Power Services, the world would be a much better place.

FPS installed my system now almost 4 years ago. Had one issue with an inverter that was covered under warranty. System has been great. I have a large system and electric car but am able to still maintain an $11 power bill from Duke.
