The House That Jack Built, built a screened in porch onto the front of my in-laws trailer earlier this year. They chose Jack based off of his companies slogan 'Jesus is our foundation' and their web page saying that their reputation is built off of 'experience', 'reliability', and 'integrity'.Their claim to experience, well I would say is balony, due to an experienced company would not have to come out and fix a leak 5 times on a new roof with it still leaking after the 5th time. This is no exaggeration. I will continue to document the 'repairs' made to what should of been an easy fix to a leak on a brand new roof. Yeah, brand new.Their claim to reliability is bunk due to the fact that my in-laws were told that the porch that was taken off of the trailer to be replaced would be disposed of, it is still laying in their front yard. My in-laws have called numerous times asking for it to be removed. They are continuously told that either the contractor's dump truck was inoperable or the 1 chainsaw that this company owns is broke. Nothing but pathetic excuses for the simple task of cleaning up the mess that the company made.Their claim of integrity is by far the worst. A person or company that claims God as their foundation, but can't live up to their claims of having a 'genuine interest in the desires and concerns of their customers', is not someone I would ever recommend again to anyone. If anything I will insist that family, friends, and any other person looking for any type of construction or building projects steer clear of this company.To this day, the porch still leaks. We attempted to contact The House That Jack Built numerous times with no positive results. So much for reliability and integrity.

Remodeled my kitchen , on time on budget, great work

They did great work to quickly do repairs on the dry-rotted wood for the home we were buying. We needed a VERY quick turn-around to get the foreclosed home we were buying up to snuff before closing so that it could be insured. In the midst of storms, they stayed on top of things to ensure things were done well and in a timely manner! I would highly recommend them to others. We are currently in the process of lining up The House That Jack Built for exterior painting, electrical work, and future remodels.
