Installation was fine but I was given the wrong color on the front door shutters. I've called several times, but all phone calls go unanswered and not returned by Al the founder of this company. I'd advise anyone to look elsewhere

I am not sure how other reviewer rates responsiveness but Al answered his phone first try and came the same day...pretty responsive in my book.
