Great service, fast and easy!

Worst company. Don't use their services. We've tried to get our installation finished for months. I understand it's a long process, but the costumer service is very poor. They broke our ceiling while installing the panels, they put the wrong size wires and they still owe us the gift card to pay for the six first months they promised us. Between them and Duke, this has been a nightmare. The worst part, we tried to talk to them and the lady hung up because we didn't speak spanish. What the hell.

Very good solar system, bad customer services. After 6 months I have a water leak, on a brand new house (2019) the way the company is taking care of this is really bad, they send 2 technician to 'fix' the problem they found 3 holes and they glue them, Im okay with that because theres no more leak but I still have damage on my living room celling. You call them they dont respond and they dont call you back. Like I said, i like the solar system it work, Duke energy give me a $350 credit and that was only for the first6 months, the equipment works but the customer services it just wow.

Well I'm glad someone had a positive experience with this company! I started my process with them back in May 2019. It went from me being kept in the loop on all aspects of me getting my panels to zero! My salesperson Nelson Ortega just stopped returning my phone calls and became non-responsive to my text messages. Customer Service would just tell me they apologize and someone would contact me! It's August 7, 2019 and NO ONE has reached out to me to tell me ANYTHING! I am a retired military veteran, 100% Disabled and trusted in the salesperson as well as this company to deliver! Veterans don't trust many people - and it's for reasons such as this! I was NEVER told the work/job was NOT going to be completed! I should not have to call for months just to be ignored and still NOT get any answers! This is NOT what company's do - nor is it good Customer Service! I've worked in sales for over 12 years and I NEVER treated any of my customers the way I've been treated by your company! I see your commercials and listen to your sales pitch - and all I can say is, 'That's a LIE!' I'm glad others who's reviews I've read had a more positive experience with your company! Anytime I have work completed on my home - I go online and write a Review! Good or Bad depends on the individuals doing the work! All of this over something that could have been handled swiftly at the very beginning! Wowwwww Maximo! And to Mr Nelson Ortega - you gained my trust - not many can do that. You definitely left a lasting impression - one I will NEVER forget! I wish I give 0 stars! As you can see from the pic - NO SOLAR PANELS!
