I met with Alex from Sunrun a few days ago to learn more about solar and it's benefits. I was surprised to learn what a small percentage of people in 'The Sunshine State' actually take advantage of our renewable energy. Even prior to the meeting, a family member was asking some questions about solar and Alex was able to stop by their home, evaluate the situation, and make the best recommendations. It's that kind of amazing customer service, incredible value, and environmental awareness that gives this company 5 stars.

I do not recommend SunRun if you have any desire to sell your home within 30 years of signing a SunRun contract. They do not credit your account until YOU send them the paperwork for selling your house. They don't prorate it to the new owners like any other utility, they do it when they receive the paperwork. Also, they continued to charge me 14 days after I sent my paperwork.Sold my house 12MarchCharged for the month of March on 28MarchSent my paperwork for the transfer 30MarchCharged me again for 1 month + 2 days on 14AprilEven though they charge in-arrears, they still charged me and my transfer coordinator and even the e-mail I sent to the CEO is ignored. I will never work with SunRun again.
