The company didnt hide anything from us, they had a knowledgeable staff at EVERY level and made sure I was informed about their warranty program and service response time, should the system have a problem in the future. I was impressed with the fact that they had the latest state of the art equipment that actually measured the track of the sun and used it to optimize the location of the panels.
