The sales consultant made a great pitch. Everything was set to go. 2 months later and still no panels and no word. My husband calls and gets a run around from the lady at the desk that they are in New Jersey then later in the conversation they are in Knoxville. Leaving an upsetting message to the sales consultant led to the VP calling and my husband was getting even more furious because he had nothing but excuses as well. Promised an install date of August 26 I believe it was. He even promised to pay the first 2 months of our payment, which we weren't sure what our payments were gonna be because no one has called and talked to us. Sure, we had panels dropped off. no call what so ever that they were. They laid half in our yard the other half in my neighbors yard. When the team finally comes to install they tell me its a side job for them. They get almost everything on and say they have to come back because they don't have everything. By this time, my husband and I are both furious because we still can't get anyone to call us back. I honestly want the panels off my roof. This company is a joke, unprofessional, non-communicating, and we are looking into a lawyer to see what we have to do. We have panels on both sides of our roof in which we were not asked to have them put on both sides, can't even use them because the workers said they need a part, this was almost a week ago. They drilled holes in our brick which should be calked or sealed correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone

Solar Energy USA recently completed a solar panel installation for me and I am very pleased. Due to circumstances, the sales cycles was very long but Solar Energy stuck with me the whole time but on the other hand never pressured me either. Highly recommended.
