Great power company if you love constant, random outages and the complete lack of ability to speak with a human on the phone. We literally dont even set our clocks anymore, because it will have to be redone again in a day or two. Calling to try to figure out a solution is impossible, because there is absolutely no way to reach a person. Absolute garbage fire of a company.

This is the worst utility I've ever had to deal with. Greed is what powers everyone at this company. Thankfully we have our choice of power companies to choose from and I won't accept their bad customer service and greed anymore. I advise anyone considering choosing greystone to look elsewhere. Billing department here at greystone loves to cut people off after making payment arrangements and you pay. Customer service is nothing but mean, greedy liars.
