Renewed service and was told after three years I had an outstanding bill. The house I bought, I already live in but switched accounts. Was told NO POSSIBLE way to waive the connection fee even though we already had electric. When asked if someone would be coming to the house to connect my internet (that's already on) they said noWhat a joke. Cant wait to.give this company my money every month

Asked NGEMC to trim back tree limbs growing into powerlines from the pole into my home, was told by 'Angel' that we would have to take care of it OURSELVES. NGEMC simply SUCK !
