I really hate they closed this office. I use to go through the drive thru and pay my bill. I am giving them 5 stars because Everytime I call the 1800 number for Georgia Power the customer service representatives are always so nice and very helpful. I absolutely love being able to make a payment arrangement. They do work with people on their payments which is awesome because we can't make it without power. Thanks for the wonderful customer service.

3rd month where the online payment w/debit card doesn't process on billmatrix. I called GA power cs last Month to address and /or resolve the issue. Was told someone would call me back (24-48 hours) didn't happen! Issue is ongoing...and clearly convenience in payment is not a concern for the company that closed the local cs office in Perry.

I dont think they could make the process of turning power on at a new house any more difficult and frustrating. I was so disappointed when I found out the house we purchased was zoned for Ga Power and dealing with them has reinforced that mindset.
