First time ever calling to set up my account and was on hold for almost 2 hours. By far the worst experience Ive had. Never had this much trouble just trying to speak with someone. Im not looking forward to having Flint but unfortunately its my only choice for my home.

They had the incorrect mailing information for us, easy fix. Spoke with Leslie and she was incredibly rude and stress inducing during this difficult time. However, Amber was amazing and handled our situation flawlessly.

Very mixed feelings about them, online part is great, but customer service is sub-par, the lady I spoke to kept talking over me and when I raised my voice she got all snippy,I asked to speak with the Manager who, then explained the lady was completely incorrect on everything.My biggest issue is the lack of email notifications or notifications at all, if something has been disconnected by someone else. So I guess its 'your' responsibility to call and waste your personal time and find out if someone disconnected something under your name. (Only notification I was told I would get is a final bill) but again you won't know its disconnected till that arrives? ( who is going to wait that long)If Georgia power serviced my area I honestly would go with them, email notifications is great...

USAA Web Billpay transaction on July 9th full, payment. Power cut off today for 'no payment'. Call them, they won't deal with me because my name is not on the account...as if strangers (got same last name AS MY WIFE) are periodically calling them trying to pay my bills.Wife calls...she is told the payment was rejected and electronically returned to my bank due to having the wrong account listed. I call USAA, they verify no credit has been returned to them and that it would have been immediate if they had...so our payment is basically in limbo. They wanted us to pay again even when though they were still in possession of our first payment.SMH...What kind of Mickey Mouse operation are you guys running here?!

Thanks for always responding so quickly almost every time we have had a power outage. I called the Power Outage number and I got a busy signal. I did not bother to call again because I knew you all were already on top of it. You all are Awesome!
