Rates are great and they're QUICK to get the power back up and running when power outages occur. Another bonus, I've always been able to get in touch with someone over the phone in such instances and they've always given details as to what caused the outage as well as when to expect restoration of power.

I just moved to the area and Jimmy Fleming so graciously came to the property, explained how above ground utilities work, how to be safe and when to call the company. He was promote, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to educate me. I really appreciate this.
Service Matters
Worst customer service ever at the drive through, his name was Tim, rude and inappropriate. I wonder what city manager, mayor or any other governing body is ever going to come onboard and revamp and retrain city workers and public works employees on what any measure of great service looks like and feels like? Why do I have to dread any type of business that I have to conduct with the city because its almost always going to be a service disaster? Thats wrong.

This company should be de-regulated, it's another scam Company in this federal State. They are prone to stealing poor people money and on top of that don't pay interest on the money they are keeping. I wish nothing but the worse for this thing company..
