We have used Old Coast several times in the past and will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs in the future. From the beginning when Jonathan came and inspected the issues that we were having with our old unit , to when Anthony came and helped us decide what equipment we needed and which unit was the right fit for our budget and our home . Then Hector and his crew came and quickly and efficiently installed the new unit . It was a seamless and very professional process from beginning to end. We couldnt be happier with the whole experience. Everyone did a great job and we will definitely recommend this company to all of our friends. Thanks again for keeping us cool !

I had AC problems with a rental property on Tybee Island which was currently booked with vacationers on a HOT Summer weekend...I called Old Coast H & A and they had a Tech out wirhin an hour to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, we had to replace the unit, but Old Coast stepped up and were able to put in our new unit that Wednesday which allowed us to have our property available for guests the next weekend. Thank you Old Coast for your prompt and profession service!

5 atar show up, but that costs you $90. The $15 fan capaciter cost you $267. For almost $400 they do not garantee it will work only that you do not pay $ 90 to come out tomorrow. You pay more for parts and labor. It wont be hard to find a better service, look on my friend.

I had an old wheezing AC unit. Old Coast HVAC came out and along with showing me that the unit was on its last legs, pointed out a copper tube that was too small contributing to a loss of efficiency. I made the decision to replace the whole unit and selected the economy model. At no time did Old Coast try to upsell me which I appreciated. After I did my own research later that night, I called my PoC back and he answered every question I had and recommended a better unit (actually telling me a more expensive model was too much for my situation). Installation started on time and went well. The installers were pleasant, hard working and left the place cleaner than it was. I am extremely happy. Jerry
