Good luck with warranty issues on Kauai. They are no longer on this island and I have waited for months for several warranty problems. They will not reply to text, phone calls or emails. It was a BIG mistake going with this company. Look for details coming to Action Line for khon2, they will get the 2 year battle I have had with this incompetent company .

Just horrible. Had to close their Kauai branch; my experience is that they are very dishonest in their business dealings and no problem to lie to your face.
