Customer service is the worst. I've been complaining about inverters not reporting since before Christmas. All I got was reboot your system. Rebooted and asked for status, followed up a month later still nothing. Today after 2 months I get an email saying 'envoy still not reporting, reboot your system.' The worst!!

Island Pacific wouldn't return my calls for weeks. Dan was my point of contact. Eventually got a quote after many calls. However, price was WAY ABOVE other local companies that make the customer feel appreciated. Went with Larry of Solar Services Hawaii who saved me MANY THOUSANDS and get right back to you when you leave them a message.
